Police attended a report of a suspected cannabis grow at an address within the Semlong area on the 8th July 2020. As a result of this a male occupant left the address and proceeded to walk along the roof lines in a bid to escape officers. He was detained nearby and a cannabis grow located at the property

As people will have seen the flood defences are coping well with planned flooding on to the flood plain at Upton and various culverts and waterways full but coping.

There should not be any flooding to properties with no more significant rain fall forecast. However if there are issues these links will be useful
