Flood information
As people will have seen the flood defences are coping well with planned flooding on to the flood plain at Upton and various culverts and waterways full but coping.
There should not be any flooding to properties with no more significant rain fall forecast. However if there are issues these links will be useful

Burglary Dwelling
Northamptonshire Police are appealing for information regarding
An attempted burglary on Damselfly Road, Pineham, Northampton whereby persons unknown have attempted to gain entry via the rear french doors using an unknown instrument. No entry gained.
This happened on Friday 6th September 2019 between 2030-2355hrs

Residents are being encouraged to show pride in the town by signing up to a new Street Champions Scheme, which is being launched by Northampton Borough Council and Veolia on Thursday 4 April.

Abandoned boat on the canal bank
We are happy to report that the abandoned, derelict boat on the far side of the canal bank, near where to Upton Valley Way East crosses the canal, has been removed.
Our thanks to the IWA (Inland Waterways Association) Northampton Branch and JLL – Property and Asset Management for sorting this problem out

Choral Workshop and Singing Master class
Details of a Choral Workshop and Singing Master class that is
