Northamptonshire Police are appealing for information regarding
An attempted burglary on Damselfly Road, Pineham, Northampton whereby persons unknown have attempted to gain entry via the rear french doors using an unknown instrument. No entry gained.
This happened on Friday 6th September 2019 between 2030-2355hrs

We are seeing an increase in theft from vans likely to be containing tools. If you keep tools in your van overnight, please ensure they are out of sight and fit extra security where possible.

Northamptonshire Police have seen an increase in reports of items being stolen from vehicles.
Residents report being certain that they locked their vehicle on last contact but there are no signs of a forced entry. If your vehicle is searched and items are stolen and / or just moved around in the vehicle, please be sure to report this directly to us.

The Northampton Neighbourhood Policing Team have continued to patrol the Duston and Upton area on motorcycles in response to an increase in motorcycle nuisance. Three riders were stopped and dealt with yesterday, patrols will continue.
